Two routes into the service

Scaffold Talent Co. · Live website
Scaffold Talent Co. connects tradies and builders in Victoria. Baptiste designed and built the public website and member portal, with onboarding, private document uploads and tools for reviewing profiles.

The starting point
Tradies need a place to introduce their experience and submit their documents. Builders need a way to browse reviewed profiles. The Scaffold Talent team needs an interface for reviewing those submissions before they appear in the directory.
The approach
The public website separates the two starting points: finding work and finding a tradie. A dark palette and coral accent organise the page, while overlapping interface examples explain the difference between a private submission and a public profile.

The homepage explains the service for tradies and builders, then directs each group towards the relevant account setup.

Tradies create a profile and upload licences and tickets privately. Builder onboarding gathers the information needed for their account.
An administration interface lets the Scaffold Talent team review submissions, request more information and make profile decisions. Builders browse the reviewed profiles.
The project includes sign-in, password recovery and branded account emails, carrying the client’s identity beyond the public website.
